Now Hiring - Office/Sales Support in Pineville, NC

This position is primarily responsible for processing the daily deposits, sales reports, warranty claims, and the processing of the paper flow to the corporate office. The tasks are varied and this person must be flexible to handle different situations as they occur. Must be a team player and communicate with all personnel!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Works 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, (overtime may be required at managers request)
• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed.
• Process invoices, credits, and National Accounts/ Enter data daily into our system.
• A purchase order must be given for all purchases.
• Assists in quarterly inventory counts, inputs data entry.
• Composes reports, correspondence and memorandums as requested by store managers and sales personnel

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of tire types, brands, etc is a PLUS.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of basic office support skills. Must be proficient in data entry and retrieval (word, excel, power point, basic internet skills), filing, telephone reception, and customer service. Candidate should have sound analytical skills necessary to execute assigned responsibilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates effective organizational, reasoning, and problem solving abilities. Must be highly self-motivated individual with excellent follow through communication and have good people skills.
